Good sticky XXL
for the love of god
don't do calve injections lol
Call me old fashioned but I think having a shower is overkill.
Yep, as long as your hands are clean/gloved/both, the area is clean and swabbed and general good household hygiene is taken care of, you should be fine.
I'm not even sure that gloving is really required because they could touch an unclean surface just as easily as your washed hands.
It's not like one is dealing with a cut/open wound here, just an injection into muscle tissue.
exactly, your not touching the skin where your pinning or the needle, its very basic and common sense.
Good post! Thoughts on using 25 Gauge 1" for all injections? (Quad/Delt)
I saw on a program somewhere that if someone washes their hands correctly and thoroughly its actually as clean if not cleaner than someone wearing latex gloves etc - Jamie Oliver mentioned it too coz he uses his hands alot
Thank you, this is really informative and much appreciated!
Yeah, I actually remember hearing that too!
Anyone got any tips on where to get needles from in Sydney/Parramatta area?
Needle exchange you should be able to find one on google
