Tendonitis in the forearm

    I have tendonitis in my forearms and its stopping me do bicep workouts. The injury is from work . If anyone has suffered from this before and has a cure please share .

    That sucks and obviously your job doesn't help. I have no advice, but maybe @scump can help you. I'd just go and see a physio

    Had the exact same thing mate repetitive work still can't do hammer curls even, feeling like no elbow grease and grinding, crunching?

    Mine is not tennis elbow it further down in the mid section of the fore arm . Thanks

    thats not really the way tendonitis works. You're saying its in the "mid section" of the forearm, the issue there is the fact there aren't any tendons there.

    Tennis elbow pain along the thumb side of the fore arm, vs. golfers elbow pain along the palm side of the forearm.

    If it is tendonitis then it needs rest, anti-inflammatories, immobilization can help too. I really like cissus as an acute-long term management too.

    If the pain is in fact only in the middle of your forearm then its more likely a muscle tear an you should probably get it looked at.

    I got that lifting logs tree lopping it was almost like shin splints in the forearm from dropping the logs instead of placing them on the tray of the chipper
