    How much do you weigh mate? I'm doing -20/+0 and it seems like Im eating too much lol

    I think 106g of fat is abit high, but that's my opinion. I'd have higher protein/carbs and lower fat on work days .

    When I did the IF calculator I put the protein tab upto 3g/kg which brought my protein to about 230g a day which seems about right.

    deficit on rests then about maintenance on lift days

    Anyone else had wicked stabbing pains when drinking water at the end of your fasting period? like when you take your pills in the morning? I was getting some wicked pains this morning.

    Not that I can report I just get the normal stomach rumbles etc.
    On another note I haven't dropped the kids off for a decent swim at the pool for like 1.5 weeks now. Started smashing benefiber see if that helps

    Hahaha sorry to hear man. I've found leangains has help me keep regular more than ever. I'm running like clockwork now give or take an hour.

    It's really weird coz I eat shit tonnes of green vege's and oatmeal etc every week.. Plus hot sauce and japenos on most things so I should be going hard.

    I used to go at like 7:30 every morning without fail

    I was in a short course for uni today (sports trainer) and there was a chapter on nutrition where the instructor proceeds to spit out "your body can not process more than 30g of protien" and "500g steak, that is disgusting and also you waste it because it is over 30g of protein"... my ears proceeded to bleed and the air began to smell like chit the more she opened her mouth.... is this real life? She is a physio and also once worked for the western bulldogs..

    Just LOL at them and be done with it. No actually give them a link to leangains.com and tell them to read.

    I used to be in this mindset but you think about it humans have lived for thousands of years on possibly one meal a day (hunter gatherers) and we're still roaming the Earth.

    Can I take multivitamins during a fast? I know I can't take fish oil, I'll be taking that with my first meal.

    Do you guys change the amount of carbs you eat on training and non training days or do you eat the same each day?

    High carbs on training days low carbs on rest days, works out to be maintenance cals for training and -500 on rests for me.

    200g carbs on workout days, 100g carbs rest days works out to be 2.2kcal 500def everyday
