    Thanks guys,
    I'm going to start this either next week or the week after. I'm going to be doing it as a cut at the -20/0 level. So I'm looking at 3050 cals on training days (282g pro, 361g carb, 53g fat) and 2440 cals on non training days (282g/164g/73g). For a weekly net of -2443 cals a week (-349/day).

    There's two things I'm worried about.
    1) Eating all my food in 8 hours. All my life I have struggled to physically eat food. Just the act of chewing and swallowing a large meal makes me feel sick. I have to force myself to eat every couple of hours and it can take me almost 45 minutes to eat a 750 cal meal sometimes. I think I'm going to spend about half of my feeding window actually feeding :p I know it's not recommended but I think I'm going to have to chuck in a whey/oats shake everyday.

    2) Only lifting weights three days a week. This is going to kill me! I love going to the gym and hate the days I can't. I think I'm going to have to do some LISS cardio once or twice a week to make up for it!

    Besides that I'm really looking forward to it! I can't wait to not have to eat every 2-3 hours! I've been doing that for years and it's going to be so good to not have to worry about that for a while!

    Not usually I find the amount of cals in a cheeseburger vs the satiety effect to be shit

    As long as you are hitting your macros and calorie intake for the day and that you are able to achieve satiety then eat whatever you like bud. If you find eating difficult maybe try, as you said a oats/protein shake for 1kcal or what not.

    Guys, Is having a protein shake, Pre work out breaking fast?
    I know Bcaa's are fine but not sure about the other too, i need to fool my mind!

    Thanks for the info though. I assumed that protein shake would be a meal and was secretly hoping it was ok. But I guess is this shit was easy everyone would do it.
    Once my bcaas come in ill be looking to start.


    What you think of this plan.

    12-9 eating window
    At 12 - chicken breast, sweet potato not sure if I should throw in brown rice here.

    3:30 - muesli or oats with some fruit and yogurt

    Preworkout - MP assault
    I train at 6 finish about 7
    PWO - Trutein shake

    8:30 - chicken or steak veggies not sure what else but maybe some rice here also

    do you know how much calories you need?
    to me, not enough protein, and fats, that looks like ~1200 calories to me.

    cottage cheese / nuts / olive oil drizzled on salads / cottage cheese / moar animal proteins.

    Bulking with IF now

    Can't train fasted no more or else it gets too late and getting down the cals is too hard. I'm already eating with a smaller feast window then usual due to daily schedule

    How do peeople go with this with 9-5 or 7-4 jobs? How would a plan suit someone like that?
