Degan just choose an eating window that suites your role.
If its too difficult to fit in, then its not for you bro nothing should be a worry.

an example of mine is.
Eating window 12pm - 8pm (I train somewhere around 6pm)

On weekends my fast is normally longer.
Somewhere between 19-20 hours, and i also train fasted.

joegunner Sorry to be a fool but still not sure by "break fast" is it still the straight eating window or are you just saying that the eating window can be broken down into parts?

Degan, So when we say "Break Fast" it means the time frame or eating window in which we start eating or fueling our bodies.

So its really up to you when you "break fast or start eating" just as long as you dont go on for more then 9 hours.

12-8 is pretty popular eating window time.
or 1-9. However you can really start eating when ever you want just got to stick to the main rules being. Biggest meal after you train and too stick within those 8 or 9 hours and not go over.

I usually get time around lunch time to workout, around 12 - 2 on most days. So my sample setup would be something like this -

11-11:30 am : Pre-workout meal . Approximately 20-25% of daily total calorie intake. Plus Total war PWO 20 mins before workout.
12- 2:00 pm : Workout, followed by WPI.
2 - 3:00 pm : Meal 2 (heaviest)
7:30 - 8:00 : Final Meal
8:00pm - 11:00 am - Fast

Does this looks correct ?
