Yep. Caffeine down to one can of Pepsi Max a day. Will be reduced further. What was annoying though, they gave no answers to me, just.kicked me out the door. He is reputable Doctor though not just some gimpy ass plastic surgeon RPA and so.

Is your stats ur real weight?

I believe I've paid the price at 'wanting to be big' and doing gear several years back. Now in my mid 40s I have high blood pressure (on meds) high cholesterol (doesn't matter what I do I can't seem to get that down) and I have sleep apnea and sleep with a CPAP machine. My stats are pretty much what I am and the doc wants me way down on that!! My resting heart rate is around 85 bpm too and the Doc seems bothered by that at all...

Always appreciate your response. So far have not gone back to doctors, just got off the medication. Guts feels alot better, diet improved and on track. Reflux minimal if any just farting, but hey that's normal.

So I think to sum it up, the October issue was AF bad, contributor Caffeine. And this one was AF minor contributor the medication, I feel really good atm

Might look at appointment later in the week, but I think atm, I'm stuck between two Ross Walker's from what you've been stating.... Both prescribing the wrong thing to resolve a simple issue.

Thanks again, I don't know how I missed yah post.

Problem here spidesy, I don't know how to respond to this post, but I am going to try. Zapped on energy about to get a Power Nap.

Who can you learn from to get back to normality? Are you still on gear or anything throwing your body out?

I believe my approach was wrong that I was told to leave the weight and don't worry about bF% though I was lifting like a crap load of weight.

After getting a heart restart, your muscles go to shit, so slowly climbing the hill again.... That's like my 100+ time, so don't look down on yourself that you've got a few things not working and they are a few big things, still just plug on and be proud you made it to where you are today.

With what you've stated, all I could think about was Dorian Yates, gone from MR Big to Mr decent size, maybe you need to look at similar and yes 40+ Buff only get's the FB 30 year old chicks j/k. But FFS, if your doing the gear or anything throwing the body out, I'd be stopping it, going Cold Turkey till your body came back in.

Still believe I may have to get more tests, thyroid comes to mind as father has just had diagnosed issues with it.

But if I die knowing two can's of pepsi a day did it to me, I can accept that. I don't drink, I don't smoke, hell since 40 I don't get laid as much, but hey be proud the lot of you reading this, you made it this far, hell we all did.

hey mate, serious question... How much beer do you drink?

Have you seen the study at all on moderate dose beer consumption and lipoproteins?

I only mention this because the best my HDL:LDL ratio has ever been was after 1 month + of smashing a shit tonne of beer.

Now of course beer has its other risks and don't forget to calculate all of those calories into your daily routine, but could be worth looking into. (as normally its very difficult to change HDL with diet/meds)

Just make sure you keep an eye on that GORD mate, are you taking ranitadine or mylanta for flare ups? last thing you want is a peptic ulcer. Would also steer clear of NSAID's too.

Hate to say this, but on Tuesday 02/05 I had my 3rd episode of this Atrial Fibrillation and at 12.10am 03/05 they restarted my heart for the 3rd time.

I believe the underline *possible cause* was AMP Citrate. I guess stimulant abuse, yes I stuffed up, but I am unsure if the previous 2 were Reflux medication or combination.

I took 2 AMPDX before workout on Monday night at 7.30pm felt great, bench maxed at 95X7 nearly back to pre new diet, left gym 11.15 home 11.30 I was wrapped. Cut story short I got home I couldn't sleep at all, woke 5am felt like I had 20 mins nap. So I took another AmpdX.

Yes I am a idiot, considering my previous history, but I did not look at the recommendation as it says take 2 a day no more didn't realize it meant take 2 at one day and then one day later as in 24hrs later, wham ! I went to work ok, yet coming home on the 03/05 I went had a sleep after dinner at 6pm til I woke rapidly at 7pm with AF in full swing, it went on for hrs, beware if you have a heart rate monitor, you need to understand your indicators on it, I had up and down heart rates but they started to normal readings, yet the indicator showed irregular heart beat. I then called the Ambulance 10pm and they came and basically said I needed to go hospital straight away as I am in full AF.

Point to this post is to help others realize and understand, we only get the few chances in life, heck I am very lucky to be alive right now, go seek medical advice.

The factors of my I guess abuse, competitive work environment, weird resting hrs and sleep hrs. I needed the rush to get me feeling buzzed, it simply is not worth it. Your PB's go when you get restarted and you have to be very careful on your climb back upwards.

Guys look after your health, don't stimulant abuse. This next check up is going to cost me $330, and I get like $150 back. But it's just to make sure everything is ok.

Last nights session was a little one, no bicep or tricep exercises due to the pin pricks in my wrists and arms were I was drawing blood, getting zonked out on drugs.

I may cope flack for this post, but I'm one to stand up and say maybe I was wrong and maybe it was the stimulants that caused this, but I truly won't know til I see Cardiologist. Just can't understand why after 1 1/2 years of use would it clip you over the ear in the end, but the human body is so weird in the way it reacts to every kind of drug/supplement.

Stay healthy Guys, I'm not finished yet, maybe I've just begun.

Just going to leave this as a active log, but last Monday I had my 4th Episode of Atrial Fibrilation. I will keep this log updated so you guys can learn if I find something wrong.. Unsure what is causing it, I was severely bloated last Friday, Saturday, Sunday and I felt great went to the gym hit Pb's and Wham it hit me Monday night 5.30pm. 31/07/17 Wasn't the best experience. But I pulled threw via a new drug that lowered my heart rate instead of being cardio verted *Defib'd*. Anyhow see Cardiologist this Thursday coming with my supps mapped out and asking a few questions..
