    Hey bros
    Firstly stats
    29yo, 117 kilo, 28-30% body fat
4th run on Tren e so have the experience needed.
    Eating clean.
Meal 1- 4 eggs, shake wpi
Meal 2 -shake wpi, banana, proyo youghurt love them
Train weights 1.5 hours intense low weight high rep, cardio 40min
Meal 3- chicken breast 175g, broccoli 2 florets.
Meal 4- shake wpi, mandarin almonds hand full
Meal 5- tuna in oil large tin/salmon/ chicken, mixed veggies.
Meal 6- shake wpi, low carb protein bar.

been training for 4 years on and came off for 2 years
Ate like I was still bulking lol so I put on fat massively.
My question is on those stats running 400 mg Tren e with low test talking 200mg a week with 2200 kals a day
Will I burn enough fat and still maintain my muscle size maybe even grow a little.
Sorry if this has been done before just everyone’s different and I fell in a rut and want out.
Want to trim down all that fat and see what’s underneath and start a new platform. I know Tren well and I know it’s not magical with it’s abilities to burn fat alone. Hard work clean eating does that.

    At your bf % .
Tren won't do much for you imo.
If your trying to drop kegs whilst maintaining muscle keep it simple, low dose test wit clen and t3 and a calorie deficit will do wonders.
Save the tren til your bf is lower then you will see tren shine.
You will look flat on t3 but once you cease it your muscles will become full again

Not promoting it. But look into Sarms.. it's ripping thr bf% off my pet rats atm. Though they are on Vegan diet also.

Thankyou boys I’ll have a look into sarms.
Just an update I thought I was 30%bf but I got tested on a machine and it says 22% bf lol feel fatter then I am.
I’ve seen Tren work it’s wonders on me before just having a hard time regaining what I had before taking a break for a long time.
Last cycle was test with deca.

I would recommend SR9009 to help burn fat and maintain muscle whilst in a deficit. Also at 29 I’d run it with MK-677 so your boosting your hgh levels and again helping your body burn as much fat as possible and running optimally.

your biggest meal is 175g chicken? whats those total cals man? they seem wayyyyy too low for you.

for anabolics to shine they need nutrients and energy, even if you're trying to burn weight.

dont start at the bottom, because then you can't go any lower.

if you normally eat 4000 kcal then 3000kcal is a big drop, run that for a month then reassess and drop further if need be.
