Hey bros Firstly stats 29yo, 117 kilo, 28-30% body fat 4th run on Tren e so have the experience needed. Eating clean. Meal 1- 4 eggs, shake wpi Meal 2 -shake wpi, banana, proyo youghurt love them Train weights 1.5 hours intense low weight high rep, cardio 40min Meal 3- chicken breast 175g, broccoli 2 florets. Meal 4- shake wpi,mandarin almonds hand full Meal 5- tuna in oil large tin/salmon/ chicken,mixed veggies. Meal 6- shake wpi, low carb protein bar. been training for 4 years on and came off for 2 years Ate like I was still bulking lol so I put on fat massively. My question is on those stats running 400 mg Tren e with low test talking 200mg a week with 2200 kals a day Will I burn enough fat and still maintain my muscle size maybe even grow a little. Sorry if this has been done before just everyone’s different and I fell in a rut and want out. Want to trim down all that fat and see what’s underneath and start a new platform. I know Tren well and I know it’s not magical with it’s abilities to burn fat alone. Hard work clean eating does that.
