Hi all, it's been a while since I was last active online.

Anyway, I've decided to do another cycle after a few years off. Nothing too big at 500mg Test E per week, with possibly 30mg Dbol per day for the first few weeks.

I got the gear ready, but before doing anything, I decided to get my diet on track and also my training regime. In addition I started supplementing Omega 3 and using Liv 52. The plan was to hold off the actual cycle at least 4 weeks.

So today I collected my results following a blood test, and to my dismay my AST and ALT are both elevated. Nothing too bad but still my ALT is 60 and AST is 134, which is a lot higher than usual. Usually my off-cycle ALT is around 25 and AST in the 20s, per previous test. I've been using the supplements less than 2 weeks.

Anyone have any ideas what could be the problem? I haven't used any gear yet and nothing like creatine or other supplements, except the Liv 52. I should add the Liv52 was packaged May 2012, so a bit old, but sealed and stored properly.

Suffice to say, any cycling is now on hold until I see what's going on, but if anyone has any helpful advice, it would sure be appreciated.

i would blame the liv52 mate, drop that and recheck bloods, have 3-5 days off gym before you do the bloods too.

Thanks man. That's the only thing I can think off, short of an actual underlying problem. I suppose I've wanted someone else to say it, cause everywhere online people rave on about Liv52 being fantastic for liver health. I've used it before but only on cycle, so assumed elevated liver readings were because of the gear.

Anyway, I'll do what you suggested and try not to panic just yet, hehe. Doctor said to wait 4 weeks but I have a referral and can always do it again at the 4 week mark, if next week isn't better.

    Thanks again for the reply.
