    Hi,

I'm looking at starting a very low calorie diet, monitored by professionals.

I know that Test is very effective at holding onto muscle while on a vlcd. So I was looking at running test-e or test-c 200mg once a week. I'm mid 30s and very overweight, recently lost 15kg but looking at the vlcd to keep the progress moving in the right direction.

I've done a cycle in the past and have no issues with needles etc.

Recent study shows how effect test is on a vlcd -

    Palumbo recons test-e or test-c over test-undecanoate -

My question is what amount to use and how often per week. I was thinking 200mg every week, in one shot, would that be the best way to go for blood stabilisation?

Also would I really require armidex or hcg at these low doses? If so what would be the amount and schedule for those?

Thanks in advance for the help!

I'm not looking to gain muscle. Just prevent muscle loss and get my test to where it used to be when I was younger. I'm getting a testosterone test this coming week so I will go from there. I would probably at most do 200mg a week. Injected daily to replicate my natural system. No AI no HCG then monitor my bloods and estrogen etc.

I'm really looking at TRT essentially.

For everyone out there reading this, if you're over 30 years old. Look up Jay Campbell. Super smart dude when it comes to TRT or HRT.
