    hey all,
im 6 foot 2, a skinny 89kgs. trying to add size at the mo
Ive finally mapped out what i eat and seems im falling short
    currently it is as follows

    Morning
    2 boiled eggs
    protein shake

    Lunch
    2 small cans of tuna
with green salad with black beans. (lettuce, spinach, cucumber, red capsicum, carrott, mushrooms)

    Prework out
    total war pre

    Post work out
    Protein shake

    Tea
    Chicken
    broccoli
    sweet potato

    Before bed
Greek Yogurt with banana and mixed frozen berries

    Snack
    nuts

thats more or less what i eat most days = roughly -

    Protein
    192g

    Fat
    60g

    carbs
    140g

    Calories
    1700

my ideal goals are around 200 - 20g protein, 100g fat and 150g carbs 2500 calories

This fills me up, im never really hungry or looking for food.
does this seem light on to you also?
what could i add thats quick and easy in there?

Its light to me, but i eat heaps so i wouldn't compare me to you. Your trying to add size, so increasing your carbs and/or fats is the best option here. Carbs will really fill you out and bulk you up. Your breakky for instance is tiny, i'd up the calories right there for sure, maybe throw in a heap of oats in your shake, and add some more whole eggs in. Personally i would forget about the morning shake and eat eggs on toast, good carbs, fats and proteins here, plenty of calories to start the day. Throw in a big banana 2-3 times a day with meals or between meals. Everytime you eat i would also throw in small/med size amount of rice for those extra carbs. Tuna is great, i eat it all the time, with rice it goes even better. Other than that increase your vege intake and have veges with every meal throughout the day. Fibre is very important and benefits the body in so many ways, the same is true for electrolytes, this is why i recommend a heap of veges ed.

No worries. I use powdered oats myself, and once i've finished this current batch i will be powdering my own oats from then onwards. Reason i suggested skipping the morning shake is because you already have eggs in their and they have a full spectrum of amino acids, so you really don't need a shake on top of eggs. The eggs will provide more than enough protein. You may as well turn it into a proper meal and have eggs on toast, tasty and healthy at the same time.

why dont you add a couple of slices of bread to your brekky? more of a normal thing to do and will add some nice carbs/protein/fat to the whole mix (if you get a good bread), potentially another egg too.
