hey all, im 6 foot 2, a skinny 89kgs. trying to add size at the mo Ive finally mapped out what i eat and seems im falling short currently it is as follows Morning 2 boiled eggs protein shake Lunch 2 small cans of tuna with green salad with black beans. (lettuce, spinach, cucumber, red capsicum, carrott, mushrooms) Prework out total war pre Post work out Protein shake Tea Chicken broccoli sweet potato Before bed Greek Yogurt with banana and mixed frozen berries Snack nuts thats more or less what i eat most days = roughly - Protein 192g Fat 60g carbs 140g Calories 1700 my ideal goals are around 200 - 20g protein, 100g fat and 150g carbs 2500 calories This fills me up, im never really hungry or looking for food. does this seem light on to you also? what could i add thats quick and easy in there?
