Hi guys, I'm new go easy I've been training for 6 months. I started at 126kgs and I'm now 116kg. I'm following a excellent diet and training 5 times a week, plus one cardio session. I've been 116 for the last month now, I can't seem to budge it! Then a friend tells me a bout clen, can't help acquire though (prick ) I'm 180 cm and 35 years old. Am I kidding myself by getting on this stuff? I'm naturally large framed, and I do have decent muscle mass. I've tried duromine from the doc, it helped, but only a little. I've also heard of Xenical, from the doc also, anyone had exp with either? Any advice much appreciated Cheers
if your using duromine and it only helped a little bit ur doing something wrong! I have had mates use it and loose 5 plus kg in 2 weeks not trying
The three months I was on duromine I lost 8 kegs. It's ok, but its no magic cure. I think you build a resistance to it.
Gday Guys, Started training pretty hard about 12 months ago lost 22kg so far lifting 4 days a week and cardio on my days off...hitting my calories and macros nearly every week. Started to struggle the last month losing nothing and gaining 1 week tried changing diet and working harder but it seems ive hit a plateau. Read this thread start to finish and it seems clen might but the way to go for me to get past this plateau. now to start searching for a source

Whole amount in the mornings is fine mate. With the half life of Clen it pretty much tapers off itself.
Just saw 2 AFL players tested positive to Clen, for those that have used how performance enhancing is it really?
I was 135kg, alot of muscle and at 6"3 but I did have quite alot of fat, wish i took before and after photos but after 2x 15day on 8 day off clen cycles I lost around 19kg, put 3-4 back on in water I think but the fat is staying off for certain. Used vet gel, started at 80mcg tapering up to 150mcg and last few days tapering down each cycle, alot of cardio, constant weight training, my strength went up a bit aswell, aggression definitely was up, had small amounts of anxiety, nervousness, was worth it though! Staying off it for a good while though
They obviously know fuk all about what they're taking. Neither player is particularly bulky, pretty lean in fact. With the amount of cardio they do and diet there is absolutely no need for them to be taking Clen...wtf were they thinking.
Gotta be more to this story. Clen not the right drug, especially considering what they stand to lose.
